  This resource has been created by Jim Janossy at ITD. It covers 29 basic topics that include tailoring menu buttons, posting appropriately-sized banners to the "Announcements" and other content pages, incorporating e-reserve resources, posting all forms of content (documents, audio, video, etc.), using Blackboard's e-mail function, and more.
